Customer Service Manager
Maintains positive customer relations through personal sales skills relating to all company products and services. Maintains focus on "Customer Bill of Rights" and improvement of Customer Satisfaction Index. Supervises and directs store associates to maximize productivity, sales performance, and customer service. Promotes and develops excellent associate and customer relations. Shares with store manager in the review of store Profit & Loss and Customer Satisfaction Index. Performance to budget accountability.
